As one who has traveled to multiple continents and countries where massage therapy is prevalent, I feel that my diverse experiences have afforded me the unique opportunity to recognize quality from mediocrity. It was perhaps my good fortune when after returning back to the states following working overseas, to encounter the young woman entrepreneur Octavia owner and operator of Tavia's Touch then (and now Duval Therapeutic Massage). In addition to her caring, thoughtful, observant, positive and professional customer service she is head and shoulders above any previous massage therapist technique, thoroughness and adroit therapeutic skills. Her approach is precise, focused, sound, sensitive and exceptionally beneficial for several weeks post-massage. I find her business approach to be trustworthy and reasonable for the quantity and quality of the therapeutic application that she provides which has a value far greater than the price. I know of no one in the field that is within a lightyear of her talents and fairness.

I woke up one day in severe pain to the point where I was having issues breathing. Before going to the emergency room I figured I would call and make an appointment to see Tavia for a massage. Apparently it was a muscular issue and I had so many knots in my back that they too had knots. They were so severe it was making my breathing difficult. Tavia spent over two hours working on my chest and back that evening. Just after that one massage I actually felt a million percent better. I could breathe easier, I got feeling back in my fingers and I left that evening pain free! Tavia is so knowledgeable, professional, and cares deeply about her clients. I now see Tavia regularly and feel like a new person. I rave about her to my friends and family and would recommend her to everyone who needs a massage, especially those people like me who suffer from chronic pain.
